Click the Schedule One-Time/Recurring Pickup button in the top-right corner of our website. From there, you can log in or create an account, choose your service, and schedule your pickup.

For Businesses:
If you own or manage a business and are interested in our business plans, visit our Signature Plans page and schedule a meeting with our team. We’ll learn about your needs and help you find the right plan for your business.

Once you're booked, we'll take care of the rest — pickup, cleaning, folding, and delivery.

A turnover is a full cycle when used laundry and linens are picked up, professionally cleaned, and returned fresh, folded, and ready for use.

Signature Fold performs pickups and deliveries at the location provided during scheduling. In certain situations, we may require service to be completed at a safe and publicly accessible meeting location, such as a building lobby, reception area, concierge desk, or other designated pickup point. This helps ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable experience for both our clients and our team.

No. Signature Fold uses a per-bag pricing model, so you know your service price upfront without having to estimate the weight of your laundry. Each bag is processed, cleaned, folded, and delivered as part of your selected service.
