Getting started is simple. First, fill out our Quote Form so we can understand your needs. Then you’ll schedule a quick 15-minute onboarding call where we’ll walk through your setup and package. After the call, we’ll send your service agreement via email. Once you have completed providing your payment information, your service will be officially set up and ready to begin.

A turnover is one complete service cycle where we handle the removal, cleaning, and return of all linens used during a guest's stay or business use.

At Signature Fold, sustainability is built into the way we operate. Our goal is to provide reliable linen turnover services while reducing environmental impact wherever possible.

We use eco-strip laundry detergent and stain remover, which eliminates the need for bulky plastic detergent bottles. In addition, we use an eco-friendly bleach alternative and fabric softener that are formulated to be gentler on fabrics and the environment.

For bag replacements, we use compostable 13-gallon bags instead of traditional plastic bags. These alternatives help reduce plastic waste while still maintaining clean, organized linen handling.

By choosing eco-strip detergents and other eco-conscious products, we support solutions that help prevent the production of more than 700 million plastic detergent jugs each year.
